Our first show tapes TONIGHT!
That’s right! The very first, debut, premier episode of Come On Girls is taping tonight at Studio Liverpool, 5th floor, 29 Parliament Street, Liverpool.
Featuring special guests Random Acts of Wildness, music from Jimmy Lightfoot and the Disciples, product demonstrations and makeovers from LUSH, and outfits from Bland Clothing.
So, seeing as you don’t have plans tonight, why not come the hell down, and give some funny girls a chance….

Imagine the magic of television but with the intimacy and uniqueness of a night at the theatre. Come On Girls! is a brand new show that combines the best of both mediums. Inspired by the highly successful format of ‘Hey Ladies!’ in Edmonton Alberta, Come On Girls! is Liverpool’s first live improvised infotainment chat show. Taking the best bits from daytime television and late night comedy with the added adrenaline only found… in live theatre to create an entirely original evening’s worth of entertainment with plenty to see and do before, during and after the show.
Expect sketches, music, discussion, interviews, experts, demonstrations, vintage sales, cocktails, snacks, make-overs, silliness, horoscopes, problems, confessions, stupendous prizes, crafts, therapy and games.
Come On Girls! is hosted by Helen Foster (Lady Macbeth, Macbeth, Trickster Theatre, Studio Liverpool, Ladyface) Lauren Silver (The Games, Spike Theatre, National tour; Liverpool Daily Post Best Actress Readers’ Vote, Ladyface) and Rosie Wilkinson (Impropriety, Artistic Director) who between them have experience in improv, clowning, dance, music and puppetry. All three are core members of Impropriety, Liverpool’s premier improvisation company, and have been involved in improv marathons in Liverpool, London, Bristol, Cork and Canada. Come On Girls! came about from a desire to make intelligent theatre and discussion created with women in mind, although men are also very welcome.
So bring your mothers, sisters, friends and cousins, get together and Come On Girls!
